CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation At Luxxanna, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no call/no show appointments, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
